Jane Bell

Jane had been practising family law for over 22 years. 

Background

Jane was an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and advised in complex children matters, with a particular emphasis on public law (care cases). Jane had extensive experience of dealing with all types of cases within this arena but specifically on non-accidental injury cases, where a number of medical experts are often instructed. She acted for parents but also acts for the children through their Court appointed guardian. In some instances, children are separately represented from their guardian and Jane is skilled at acting for children independently, particular teenagers.
